The Glassdoor rating of this company became crystal clear within the first 10 minutes of the interview process.
The entire experience felt like a masterclass in how not to hire people in 2026. Completely unorganized, painfully outdated, and somehow managed without asking a single relevant question about my actual experience, achievements, or strategic skills. Impressive in its own strange way.
The feedback arrived over two weeks later, which honestly matched the pace and energy of the process itself. The overall impression was a company operating with boomer era hiring logic, where “culture fit” apparently means making sure nobody in the room feels intellectually challenged.
The hiring process seemed heavily influenced by long term employees who have probably survived seven reorga, and the invention of the fax machine, while remaining entirely disconnected from how modern businesses assess talent today.
Overall, a complete waste of time, but at least now the Glassdoor reviews make sense.
