I had a phone interview, followed by a two-hour in-person interview with the founders and another manager. Standard interview process and I liked the people I met throughout. The business seems really interesting and like a great place to work, so I'd recommend it to folks, but am rating it negatively because after my two-hour, in-person interview, I never heard anything from them--not even an email noting they went in another direction. I sent follow-up thank you's that went unresponded to. After a while, I assumed they went with someone with more experience, which is certainly fair, but as a job seeker taking time off to interview, an answer is appreciated.
