My interview was scheduled with the CEO of the company
She stopped me mid of discussion lasted not even for a minute. And asked for my Education qualifications
I answered , it is High School
Company CEO replied me they are looking someone with Bachelors Degree.
It was very Unprofessional behavior of CEO of the company . Does not even look at the resume before scheduling interview of the employee.
As a Recruiter I take atelast enough time to review resume, candidate Education, Work History, Linkedin, Projects, Summary , brief. ( i spend atleast 5-10 min review resume)
