I applied to ITML Greece via Kariera (part of the Careerbuilder group). I was invited for an interview at the Kariera offices where they were assigned to perform the interview.
I was interviewed by 3 very young girls in their early 20's, which asked basic HR cliche questions. The interview lasted 30' and they asked me to move to the next round where they wanted me to take an online IQ test!!!
Being in my 40's with significant experience in the file of Project Management of EU funded projects, I found the whole process insulting. The interview should have been done by people relevant to the filed or at least a senior HR member and definitely not to ask a PhD holder for an IQ test!!!
These girls were friendly and kind but due to their young age they are not in a position to judge anyone for a management position. ITML should have done the interviews themselves.
