Interview
Reached back by recruiter a month later. Discuseed about the role and process. Met with a team member. Both intial interviews went well. Got quickly scheduled for another interview with I believe was the head of the department but I noticed on the invite it was changed to another role I didnt apply for.
Spoke with the head and he started describing the new role which I didn't fit the description. Kind of blindsided me since overall previous interviews went well. I even spoke with a person doing the role I was applying for in the previous interview so I thought my skillset was perfect.
To then be told a week later on the schedule interview that the role was scrapped so I had to have to awkward interview. Waste of time. I should of saw the warnings from the previous reviews. This company was a remote company and red flags everywhere.

Question 1
Tell me a time where you had difficulty with a client.
Initial phone screener with recruiter, 2nd round with CEO scheduled. Then new head of department was hired so 2nd round was rescheduled to be with them instead. Interviewer asked detailed technical questions that were not included in the job qualifications, including integration design, API calls, and SSO/OAuth configurations. Overall gave me the impression this role is far more technical than advertised. After 2nd round I was given an exercise to complete. Upon submitting the exercise I was given a rejection.
