Got a call after online application. HR asked some general questions and scheduled me to visit their office. On the day, first was asked some general and behavioural questions by HR, Then was given a written technical questionnaire. I cleared that and then there was a technical questions round. My performance was average, but was considered for the position subject to confirmation after a trial period of 3 months.
