iWest Moving Companies interview questions

The interview went well in my opinion. I was told that I'd hear back within 2 weeks after the interview. After two weeks passed, I reached out to them but no response. Now we're pushing a month since the interview, and I've come to the conclusion that they ghosted me. I understand that companies don't always have the time to reach out to every application, but it's very unprofessional to tell an interviewee that you'll reach out and then never reach out. I have no issue if I'm not a good fit for the job, or if they need more time to decide, or whatever decision they come to, but it's common decency to follow through with your commitments when it involves the livelihood of others.
