iPrism Technologies interview questions

Applied from linkedin, got a call from HR and invited me for the interview. Had a technical interview and got an assignment to test my coding skills. I had to take that coding test in the office location itself. After that two senior management guys took my interview and told me wait for MD. Here the things changed drastically, the MD is a short tempered guy who don't have any technical knowledge and don't have patience to listen to the other person. Within 5 minutes of discuss I came to know about the work and cultural standards, feel pity for the folks who work here. The HR and the team sounded good compared to the MD. Think 1000 times before joining even if you crack the interview.
