Interview
The initial application is standard, questions like why do you want to work here? why did you choose to apply for the role ect. They also ask you to send in three pieces of your best work.
They sent me a sample video to edit, but were EXTREMELY picky about the particulars of the result. And not in ways that would increase the video's value by even 1% - just focusing on extreme minutia. I am not the world's best editor by any means, but I had 10+ years of experience and worked with very large companies, and no one has ever been as demanding.

Interview
It was quite easy but there were a lot of irrelevant questions. The interview was recorded. They send me files to edit a video, but I didn't get any offers.
For the role, you have to download lots of gb of footage to edit a video test which is obviously not paid. They feedback is very unclear and you never know who is judging your trial.
