Very thorough, I talked to a number of people within a week to make sure I was a good fit for everyone. Very friendly group of people who did not create an intimidating interview environment!

Customer service experiences and how they were handled
The interview process was handled very well and overall, it was a very smooth process. Feedback, follow up calls, and questions I had about the role were answered quickly and efficiently. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole interview phase and was able to ask important questions I had regarding the role and iCIMS.

Interview
I had a phone interview with a Recruiter from Icims that was about 30 minutes long. She really had me go into depth about my past experience and why I was interested in Icims and the specific role we were discussing. I thought she was thorough and provided great insight about the position and the company. Then i was asked to come in for a face-face interview with the director of TA and the VP of TA. Both women were lovely and the interview was awesome. It was very conversational and they really gave me the opportunity to showcase what I had to offer in the most comfortable environment possible.
