I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at iCIMS
Interview
Lengthy, met with several people through video conferencing over the course of a few weeks. This isn't typical however just due to Covid. Everyone was very nice about explaining roles, responsibilities and guiding me through the process. Really appreciated the TA Specialist who kept in touch frequently along the way.

What are some instances where you displayed adaptability?
The interview process was very thorough- not only did I interview on the phone with a recruiter handling my candidacy, I interviewed with my future superior, someone in the position I would be taking, and the Director of Professional Services.
All were extremely nice and engaging, and I am so excited to get started with such a professional and nice team! Overall it was one of the best and informative interview processes I have ever gone through.

Question 1
What challenges do you anticipate facing taking over this role?
Overall it was a good experience. Took a little time and had to follow up with the recruiter but it was over the holiday. After that I was able to meet with team members as well

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at iCIMS
Interview
Great interview process with iCIMS. The process started with an initial CCAT/personality assessment and then I had a phone screening with a recruiter. Then I had three separate interviews with managers/director on the team. Overall, everyone was very friendly and professional. The recruiter made sure she was transparent about the process and timeline the entire time, making it a seamless experience for me.
