Phone interview with recruiter. Call went well, asked a few questions and had great flow throughout the entire call. The next day I sent a thank you with contact info in the event of any questions, etc. 2 weeks went by and did not hear back a thing so I sent a follow up email to recruiter requesting status. No reply. 3 weeks later, I sent another email that I am still interested and STILL no response. It's been a month since my phone interview and I have no idea the status of my interview (or next steps). I think it's ironic for a recruiting software company to have ZERO communication with candidates when in fact, that is the EXACT type of software you sell to clients. Unprofessional and unacceptable to be honest.

The interview process was very thorough- not only did I interview on the phone with a recruiter handling my candidacy, I interviewed with my future superior, someone in the position I would be taking, and the Director of Professional Services.
All were extremely nice and engaging, and I am so excited to get started with such a professional and nice team! Overall it was one of the best and informative interview processes I have ever gone through.

Great interview process with iCIMS. The process started with an initial CCAT/personality assessment and then I had a phone screening with a recruiter. Then I had three separate interviews with managers/director on the team. Overall, everyone was very friendly and professional. The recruiter made sure she was transparent about the process and timeline the entire time, making it a seamless experience for me.
