Phone interview with HR, followed by an online IQ test, followed by 2 in person interviews
Difficult but very reasonable questions. Everyone I met was very personable and consistent about view of the company

Several rounds but done in a timely fashion. Interviewers work up in difficulty and rank. Interviews done in person or over zoom video call during Covid. HR had difficulty putting together the correct dates for interviews.
