I applied on-line. The process took three weeks. I had a phone screen with an internal recruiter the same week that I applied on-line. The recruiter understood the position and the job requirements and asked relevant questions. The following week, I had a phone screen with the hiring manager. The third week, I went on-site for 3.5 hours and had 5 interviews. I sat in a small conference room for three of those hours and was offered breaks between each interview. They made a verbal offer two days after the on-site interview. The recruiter who took care of me through the process was enthusiastic, attentive, responsive and helpful.
