Interview
I applied on-line. The process took three weeks.
I had a phone screen with an internal recruiter the same week that I applied on-line. The recruiter understood the position and the job requirements and asked relevant questions. The following week, I had a phone screen with the hiring manager. The third week, I went on-site for 3.5 hours and had 5 interviews. I sat in a small conference room for three of those hours and was offered breaks between each interview. They made a verbal offer two days after the on-site interview. The recruiter who took care of me through the process was enthusiastic, attentive, responsive and helpful.

Question 1
The interviews varied. I was asked a mix of behavioral questions and how I would respond in various hypothetical situations. I was also asked to interpret various charts of metrics.
Friendly people. Comfortable, conversational. Behavioral aspects included. The usual work history discussions. HR first, then move up to the next level of interviews. You may need to ask them to go into more depth on the job you’re applying to. Salaries seem to be on the low-mid range for job titles.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at iCIMS
Interview
Lots of phone interviews. First w/ the recruiter then w/ the hiring manager. The questions are generic. I am not sure how the recruiter decides if you move on or not for the role. I have heard others did not make it past the phone screen. I was very qualified or the role I was applying for so they spent extra time with me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at iCIMS (Holmdel, NJ) in Jan 2018
Interview
The process was fairly simple. There was an HR phone screen, then a hiring manager phone screen, followed by a 5 hr in person with multiple people that I would be interacting with. Fairly straightforward process.
