I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at i3RL (Lahore) in Jun 2023
Interview
Major portion is non-technical. Overall questions were for a lead role, plus development related as well. After initial interview, next interview is by CEO. Company also made 2-years contract, by preserving one of candidate document as guarantee.

Question 1
How will I lead multiple developers in terms of technical and personal issues?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at i3RL (Lahore) in Jun 2022
Interview
It was the best hiring process I went through so far in my career. First technical interview was with a person who had more than 10 years of technical experience. It was about 1.5 hours long interview and it touched all major areas. What I appreciate most is that they give you proper time. Not like some companies that give you some quick problem solving task or a few questions which cannot fairly determine your expertise and skills because that approach is more likely based solely on your luck.
The second interview was also a technical interview with the CEO who has decades of technical experience. I had to wait a little bit before the interview but I received a proper apology from them and was offered tea during waiting period. My experience with the whole hiring was good.

Question 1
OOP, C#, .NET, Data structures, Database, Javascript related questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at i3RL (Lahore) in Aug 2021
Interview
One of the pathetic process.
1st Interview(Online) by Technical Lead -> Easy questions oop, async programming, WCF Questions
2nd Interview (On Location) by HR -> They asked for the 2 year bond. And put efficiency regarding company blah blah
3rd Interview (On Location) waited for 2 hours by CEO -> They assume that everyone is free and jobless. CEO is some sort of show-off person.
4th Interview (OnLocation) waited for 1 hour by HR -> i3rl was asking for the original degree before any offer letter.
Totally waste of time. Go there if you haven't any offer
