Interview
The first stage interview was with the CPO (Lead interviewer) and a Designer.
The interview was casually structured and covered the following areas:
- Intro to company and product(s)
- Talking through my experience.
- A deep dive into anything I said above.
- Finished with “Why do you want to work for us?”
Shortly afterwards the recruiter contacted me to invite me to the next round. The following week I received 6 calls a day from other recruiters sharing the same opportunity. 20 days later I got rejected without the second interview as they were progressing someone else. It's a shame they dithered. Job candidates deserve better.

Telephone and face-to-face interview. Extremely thorough, I felt they were really invested in getting the right person and this wasn’t just a hiring process or a tick in a box.
