The process started with a phone interview and then an interview in person. Feedback and scheduling was very quick and handled professionally.
The interview on the phone lasted about 45 minutes and details about the position were provided. About 1 day later I received the invitation for an interview in person at their offices in downtown. The interview took place in the interviewers office. The interviewer was very well prepared and professional, yet personable. She created a comfortable environment and promoted the company very well.
The interview lasted about 1 hour, about 20 different questions were asked. The questions were typical for an executive interview and I was well prepared. After the questions there was plenty of time for my questions to be asked and answered. My questions were asked with the depth I was looking for and gave me a good overview of the company and the upcoming goals.
