I responded to an online job posting with my resume, and was contacted via email several days later. I then had a phone interview that lasted roughly 30 minutes with standard interview questions, and was then invited for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was interesting as I was able to meet with the head of product and was able to get a good idea of how the company worked, and what my role would be. I was offered the position several days later, and happily accepted.
