The three rounds typically break down across these structural levels:
Round 1: Narrative & Clarity (The HR/Screener Stage): This round tests how concisely you can tell your professional story. The focus here is on articulateness, energy, and ensuring you don't over-explain your transitions.
Round 2: Situational & Stakeholder Management (The Hiring Manager Stage): Here, your communication is tested against real-world friction. They are evaluating how you handle objections, explain revenue metrics simply, and communicate across cross-functional gaps.
Round 3: Executive Presence & Alignment (The Leadership Stage): The final round looks at your ability to speak the language of business strategy. Leaders look for high-level synthesis, active listening, and a collaborative, peer-to-peer communication style.

Interview
First round will be GD round about topic: "online learning is beneficial".
After first round, we were given a powerpoint presentation task.
Second will be: techical interview based on resume.
Third: Managerial round with department head.
Intron and resume based, focused on project and past experience in the role, it's mostly an instructional designing role, similar as edtech companies, focused on analysis parts and core domains for courses
