I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at edCount (Washington, DC) in Aug 2010
Interview
I originally interviewed with the office manager. The interview went well and I was asked back for a second round. During that interview, I met with 3 additional employees - 2 associates, and 1 research assistant. They dived a little deeper into my school history and applicable experience.

There wasn't a difficult questions - just mostly getting a sense of my background and abilities. They seemed open to hiring fresh graduates.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at edCount (Washington, DC) in May 2015
Interview
I submitted my application and received a follow-up email after about a week and a half, requesting a Google hangout interview. During the interview, I spoke with a Policy Associate as well as a Research Assistant. Both were very informative about what the job entailed and what edCount did. A week after the interview I was asked to come in to DC for an in-person interview. They flew me in for the day and introduced me to the rest of the junior staff and HR. I completed an 1 hour assignment, was interviewed for another hour, and had time to ask questions.
