Instead of meeting with a person, I had to answer questions via video and upload them. Once passing the round, you get to speak with someone. After that there's another video assessment, asking questions more about PPC, but again, there's no one speaking to you and you need to hope you understood exactly what they're looking for since it's not a conversation.
