I saw the high negative experience rate on this site, but tried going in with an open mind. But everything people wrote about previously, I also noticed. The strong interest, then ghosting. The poor communication. The weak interviewing skills and sudden weird turns mid-interview. I gave the benefit of the doubt. But it was a disappointing experience.
