The interview process was quite rigorous for the Google Digital Skills Training Program. I went through over 3 interview steps before finally clinching the position. Steps were;
- Submitting a 2-minute video of me training
- Attending a live training session and receiving instructions after the training on how to proceed
- Mobilizing MSMEs participants for a mock training session
- Participating in the live training conducted by an experienced trainer. My role was to be on the back-end learning the ropes
- Completing 6 free Google courses and scoring 80% and above in all of them

The interview process can be described as excessively lengthy, comprising numerous steps that lack proper guidance and consistency in defining the job role. The job role itself being poorly defined, lead to ambiguity regarding the responsibilities and expectations.
