      Art Director Interview

      22 May 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Tallahassee, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at eLayaway (Tallahassee, FL) in Nov 2011

      Interview

Was asked to enter a conference room with two executives, the President and CEO and the Chief Marketing Director, Sergio Pinon. We went through my portfolio and resume. They gave a brief history of the company and explained why they wanted to fill the position. The CMO was wearing two hats, traveling a lot and was working 12 hour days...he needed an assistant and someone who he had worked with before, knew his style and could hit the ground running. I listened and asked a few questions about equipment, department resources and expectations. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and I was offered the job.
