The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at eHealth4everyone
Interview
There was an online test critical thinking and numerical test followed by an in-person test critical thinking and numerical test and interview. The in-person test was marked immediately and then depending on performance, an interview would take place shortly after. I found the process to be dodgy. When I expressed my salary expectations, the HR person kept on pressing for me to lower the number. She said if I didn’t hear back in a week I should follow up. I eventually followed up and found out that I would not proceed to the offer stage.
I hope the process has changed as I interviewed with them a few year ago. Unfortunately even though this place is founded by a fairly young person, there is awareness that young people in Nigeria do not have many options and so that something that I felt was taken advantage of here. Do better. Pay people what they are worth and if you cannot afford to then be explicit about your budget instead of acting as though people’s expectations are too high. Employers like you are part of the problem.
