Interview
I was interviewed by 4 people. 2 immediate hiring manager, 1 their boss and another a co-worker.
I was interviewed by two direct bosses on the first day. And 1 co-worker
The final interviewed was conducted by the head of department a week later
Different methods were used by each interviewers. Some were scenario based, others were just understanding my background and experience.
Multiple phone calls, very unstructured, constantly rescheduling the phone calls etc. I was surprised at how unprofessional it was and disappointed in the process. Hopefully they have improved it now

I joined the call and was essentially insulted and told that I clearly didn't read the job description when I had studied it for the days leading up to the interview. Left the call in tears.

I saw the ad on linkedin and then applied via Workday, interviewed by line manager. The application was easy and did not require a cover letter. In total it took a week and the manager was nice.
