Overall I have attended 5 rounds of interview and the pattern is good for a person who have strong basics in Java and any of the automation tools like Selenium/Jmeter.
Many emphasis will be on Java Collections.

Questions on basic OOPS concepts.
Some of the methodologies/Approaches to test an application.

Phone screen- Basic algo of merging two sorted arrays and test cases on it. Nothing difficult. No known reason of not getting offer. Tried getting feedback but of no avail.

Initial phone screen ,after 2days I got a call to come for onsite interview .
“Why should we hire you?”, Do you prefer to work alone or on a team?, How do you handle pressure?.
Coordinating team was very smooth.
Overall a good experience.
