eBay Design Manager interview questions

Neutral to Positive; HR and interviewers mostly nice and friendly. Too many steps; could be less steps and higher quality of interviews. Smart people, laid back culture. Interviewing loops need to be improved, better questions and less people (had 10-12 people in one day interviewing me).
