The hiring process is super sad. To be honest, i have lost faith in this brand & never intend to apply again.
Firstly The roles look very similar & invites very senior cadre of people for application. Once they have their CVs the HRs/Business just sit on the requirements.
The same experience has happened twice over a period of 6 months is where i decided to write. Do not advertise fake jobs for CV collections. Times are tough & people tailor make their CVs & put hours/days of research to impress genuine employers. So please wake up and pull out positions which are no longer available or obsolete jobs.
The Interview Process is 10 Mins HR, then after a month Business, Followed by 3 more rounds (Presentation, Group Discussion, Final) which I could not hear as people as usual are busy, casual and don't respond. Unfortunately this affects brands terribly.
If this is the exposure before joining, what can one expect after they join.
