We’re sorry you had a poor experience at your interview with us. We endeavour to provide people guidance and advice throughout the tests we set. We are also flexible on time, but in this case it sounds like extending the time available resulted in a scheduling issue. When this happens we typically invite the candidate back to complete the interview. If that did not happen in this case we apologise.
We are growing quickly, and have taken on more space. We have collaborated with staff on the office design and adopted the approach similar to the popular Spotify model of agile teams whereby they can control their work space via sliding panels (Star Trek sounds were out of budget unfortunately). We’d be very happy to talk through our plans and philosophy with candidates.
