I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at driivz (Ramat HaSharon) in Mar 2025
Interview
The people were very nice, and I remember them fondly. The process was clear, but although I emphasized my salary expectations and was told there was no issue with them, I was surprised to discover at the contract stage that they wanted to pay much less than what we had agreed on. In the end, they simply wasted both my time and theirs, as I did not sign, and it was disappointing.
There were 2 onsite people, 1 person asked about introduction, where you from, and do you anything about the driivz company, EV scenario related qstns and the other person asked about basic testing questions, that's it
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were more focused on qstns related to EC scenario based like test scenerios for charging port, multiple tenant, how to raise bug, random testing.
Long interviews but straightforward, not too formal. Did not get the expectations properly communicated prior to it, though. Some questions were more on the software development side. Overall OK experience.
