The process consisted of the first meeting, of about 40mins-1hour, with the project lead, mainly just to have a chat. General run through of CV and a little talk about the company and why they're expanding their team. Following this, there was a software test that required modelling a Vending Machine using a combination of Java and JavaScript. Final interview with the CTO and one of the Senior Devs was a fair grilling, but quite relaxed. The process from first interview to final decision was 3 weeks in total.
