Do not apply to this company! At least at the Berlin department, the whole process seemed like a scam. I had an initial interview with an HR, pretty smooth and easy-going. Next day I received the second round with a case study and interview slots in a 2-week timeframe to choose from and present the case to the managers. I chose one of the latest slots and the only instruction I was given is to submit the case study at least 48h before the scheduled interview, which I did. A few days before the second interview they cancelled it and told me they will reschedule.Few days later the HR called me in the evening to tell me I won't have a second round eventually and my case study won't even be reviewed since they chose the candidate that submitted the case study first. Utterly unfair process. Not based on qualifications. When I highlighted their given instructions, the unfair process and demanded at least a feedback on my case study to understand reasons upon rejection they simply ghosted me. It was the most unprofessional interview experience I ever had.
