Vibe of the interviews:
Very professional but with an extremely pleasant vibe. Targeted and clear questions with an honest interest in my answers and in discussing the topics.
Response times were quick and no question was left unanswered. The entire process was a very pleasant experience.

Process-focused questions reg. experience with the WoW with development teams, e-commerce environments & solutions and general translation workflows.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at commercetools (Weimar, Thuringia) in Jan 2021
Interview
The first interview was by telephone and lasted 15 minutes. It was straightforward. The second interview was by video call with the Head of Design and a Senior Designer. Although it was a long interview (1,5 hr), it was modest and concrete where respect, communication and understanding flowed.
