A short 15 minute interview with basic numeracy tests. nothing to be worried about if you have attended a school. Just general common sense really. There was a test on things you had to read about on their website, such as food temperatures etc.

Question 1
a customer gives you 30p to pay for a 25p item, how much change should you give the customer?
Pretty straight forward questions about strengths and weakness as weel as experience you have for the role as well as when you can work etc. Overall easy so thats good
Basic 30 minutes interview one to one with main store manager, questions included time management skills, what you’d do in conflict, must stress that customers are at the heart of everything

Interview was easy and friendly , whole process was very easy and smooth to me, but they are always biased and racist , select their own persons, racism is very obvious and clearly found in selection process.
