bioWORLD interview questions

It was very informal and not professional. I applied online after I found the job posting website. Talked with the HR manager and called in for the interview. Just chat with the CEO, or the head of the research group. And he basically talked about the company nothing else relevant to the interview

The interview was one sided. I wasn't told what the job was but it was more like to show I wasn't a fit. I didn't even get a chance to explain myself. But given their attitude I was horrified.
