30 min phone call with hiring team. Then invited to all day graduate assessment centre. Day consisted of a variety of tasks, group excercises, 1+ hour interview, maths assessment etc.

After a rudimentary application process involving the submission of a cover letter and a casual phone call with a member of the bet365 talent acquisition team, there is an obligatory assessment centre to attend. This was interesting and relaxed involving a numerical assessment, several group tasks and an individual interview. Overall, it is clear that the acquisition team are looking for employees that are willing to act as call centre workers for the majority of their time at the company. Several of the other applicants, including myself rejected the offer to work for this company as we realised the the job was not in fact a graduate scheme, as advertised, but rather a 2-year call centre role.
