Contacted by HR for a phone interface, then have to present a 30 minute presentation and commit half a day for interviews. The interview process is draining meeting with multiple people who ask the same questions to you. No offer was provided because the interviewers said that I didn't seem interested in the job and didn't ask enough questions. The interviewers specifically told me that what I would do there is what I already do.. what questions would i have? Waste of time, apply to a employer that actually appreciates the fact that you took half a day out of your time and prepared for a presentation that ended up being a waste.
