I applied through other source. I interviewed at athenahealth in Feb 2020
Interview
I interviewed for a Project Associate position on the Onboarding team with a recruiter over the phone for 30 minutes. After that, I was invited to a video interview with a people manager, Onboarding Engagement Manager, and an Onboarding Director. Each of these interviews were 30 minutes and asked behavioral based questions (tell me about a time...).
Interview questions [4]
Question 1
Tell me about a time that you have had to change your focus on a project?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at athenahealth (Boston, MA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Ordinary initial HR meeting with basic questions (Tell me about yourself, why you are interested, salary range, etc)
Was told that the interview went well and will follow up with me on the next day. I reached out to my interviewer and haven't received a response in weeks.
I was then scheduled for another interview for a different position, and it was cancelled 2 minutes prior to the interview. I provided time availability to have it rescheduled, no answer.
AFTER THAT, I was also offered to interview for ANOTHER position at this company, and they asked for my availability (in which I provided) and they never got back to me.
What a terrible experience. I am glad I do not work for this organization and how they treat potential new employers.
