It began with a phone screen with the recruiter for about 30 mins then 3 30 min in-person interviews about 1-2 weeks later. There was also a client situation assignment to complete before the in-person interview

Interview
I wanted to share feedback on the hiring process and offer a suggestion for improvement. Reaching out to a candidate to request availability and then failing to respond after they reply is unprofessional. Candidates deserve closure. It takes very little time to send a brief message stating the role is closed, the team is moving forward with other candidates, or the process is on hold. Clear communication is basic courtesy. Leaving candidates without a response, especially after polite follow-ups, creates a negative experience and reflects poorly on the company.
