      Go-Live Support Analyst Interview

      2 May 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Atlanta, GA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at athenahealth (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2016

      Interview

It was a long process that lead no where. First they have you complete a video interview. Then There was a phone interview which is more like an info session. Then the interview. The interviews are held in GROUPS!!! You'll arrive with a pool of 6-8 people. after you go in and tell your name and other info they moved us along to the next station where we listened into callers that had previously called into the company. at the end you have to open a laptop in front of you log into your email account and send a email to the proctor of the class letting them know how u would respond to an email received by the company from a customer. After that we are broken down and taken on individual interviews with two different individuals. One asked about how do i make grilled cheese, pervious experience and how do I plan trips with friends. The second was with a female that honestly seemed dis interest in everything i had to say. She asked about pervious experience and thanked me for my time. whole in office process was over 2.5 hours. they interviewed more then 50 people for this role. I'm a recent graduate and was really interested in the job. I felt prepared and ready for the interview. I won't interview with this company again. It seemed like they were interviewing as many people as possible and hiring maybe 2%.....

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Atlanta, GA

      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at athenahealth (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2015

      Interview

They e-mailed me after I applied online in order to schedule a time for a phone interview. The woman who called me was courteous but wasn't extremely easy to talk to. She just went straight through the questions without much conversation. It was my first phone interview, so that might just be the way those are. Overall, it was a good experience.
