Initial group interview with 4 other interviewees. Interviewers included 4 ARC members (Site Coordinators and General Human Assets). They all took turns asking us questions. We did not have to answer in any particular order, it was more popcorn-style.

First, a phone interview and then an in person interview with the HR representative. It lasted about 20-30 minutes and the bare minimum was that you had sufficient amount of college credits. The interview process was fairly stress free and easy going.
