The Interview Process was 3 steps: HR, then a test, then the Line Manager. It felt informal, and welcoming; not the usual competency based question. More thoughtful. The test was more of a proof-read, which made sense. Unfortunately I had to do this by Teams rather than in-person. The last interview was in person at their offices.
