Interview
Simple chat with managers, nice and friendly, nothing complicated. Spoke with the manager, answered some easy questions about how I would interact with potential customers, handle problems on the job, etc.

Question 1
How would you handle a customer who has X problem? What if you didn't know the answer?
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
