Was called to attend a first interview with HR. They asked on the phone why I want to leave my current job. I clearly mentioned that the push factors are not strong, and I had my current package clearly stated in my CV. Nonetheless, at the end of the interview they brought up the fact that my current salary is close to what they can offer at the maximum! Isn't this a waste of both of our time??
