I applied online, had to complete a questionnaire. They called me a week after. Had a first interview with a manager who no longer works there. Then had a second interview which was more like an orientation.

How many years of experience I have in retail, are you a follower or a leader, what does initiative mean to you
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
The interview was in person and simple. The questions asked were straight forward and easy to understand. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes and I was offered the job right after the interview
