Very short, did not get to say a lot of things i wanted to share. the whole process took a few weeks which was annoying. Took them a while to respond which made me think i got ghosted.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at adidas (Herzogenaurach)
Interview
-sending CV online.
-was set a project, which I had to present twice, as ppt.
-being hold off by HR with information if still in for the job.
-after 3 months I was told they are still in the interviewing process.
-after 4 months I was told they are very interested.
-after 5 months I had a contract.
I had 3 interviews, with recruiter, with line manager and Senior director. I got the offer and accepted the job. The task was open but difficult as the limited time.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at adidas
Interview
The recruiter reached out and asked me to schedule a phone interview by using a link to her online calendar. I scheduled a meeting as directed and she never showed up and never emailed to apologize or explain. I ended up using the link to schedule another time, which she did show up for - and still, there was no apology or reason given as to why she missed the meeting.
The behavior was completely unprofessional and it didn't give me a great feeling about working there.
