I got an interview after I applied online. The interview went smoothly, they gave me scenarios and asked how I’d solve the problems or what I would do in certain situations. After I got a call in a few days to work.

Two step process, had to create a presentation and present and then asked interviews questions and then had a practical Visual assessment in store. After all this I was ghosted and never given any feedback. Which I think is disappointing for a big brand like Adidas.
