Initial application was made via their website a cover letter and cv.
After a month wait I received an email stating I was still being considered and thank you for my patience. 3 weeks later I was asked to take part in a video interview and I had 5 days to submit. 3 days later I was invited to the assessment day.
At the assessment day introductions were made and we were split into groups, our first task was to do a 10 minute presentation centred around the companies core values.
The second task was an individual one which was a 45 minute written task they asked a question you had 45 mins to answer. The third task was individual again and this was a 1 minute presentation as to what you enjoyed, what you would do better and why you deserve to go through to the next round.
Then we had lunch and a tour of the offices. After this we were asked to gather our belongings and if they read out our names go with a member of staff into another room. At this point those that remained in the room were cut and send home. Those that went into the other room had the 1-2-1 interview.
The 1-2-1 interview was about 20 minutes long with the HR manager and Senior HR manager
