Zymr interview questions

Interviewed with Zymr recently and the experience was disappointing. The company conducted total 3 interview rounds, investing significant time from the candidate. However, after completing the process, the feedback given was that my profile did not match the required skills. If the required skills were not aligned with the profile, this should ideally have been identified during the initial screening itself. Conducting several rounds and then rejecting for basic skill mismatch feels like a lack of proper evaluation at the early stage. Stay away from this Organisation they will only ghost you.
